Basically, if you eat good, you will feel good and if you eat crap, you will feel crap.  I try to stay away from sugary food and carbohydrates. I noticed the decline of my energy and I feel more sleepy than usual when I eat these food. Fish, vegetables and fruits always make me feel good. 

Watch a Movie

Movies move me. If I watch an uplifting or with a beautiful story, I usually feel more inspired.

When we’re not doing anything so is our energy. This means that we do not allow it to move through and out of our body. This is where movement becomes so important.
