Best Interactive Digital Products for Toddlers Fun, and Entertaining

Best Interactive Digital Products for Toddlers

As a mom, I am often skeptical on what toys I buy and give to my twins. Toddlers in general including my twins get bored easily on toys so finding them the right products are critical to saving my money and saving my time. I have listed 7 best digital products that are definitely worth it.

1) Osmo – Little Genius Starter Kit for iPad – 4 Hands-On Learning Games

This product is a lifesaver! My boys are endlessly entertained and I don’t feel guilty about it because you know what — they are learning! So what is not to love about Osmo. It is very easy to set-up and it is very age appropriate and easy for my twins to follow. They get really frustrated when things are hard to do. Just to be clear – you will need to have an iPad to play these hands-on learning games.

2) Fire HD 8 Kids Edition Tablet

I love how this tablet create screen time limits, set educational goals, and filter content with easy-to-use parental controls.  It has over 20,000 books, Audible books, movies, TV shows, apps, and games for kids ages 3–12. Now that’s a win win, right?!

3) LeapFrog Leappad Ultimate

We also had the Epic Academy Edition but that broke after few years. I think the Leappad ultimate is much more durable. There are a lot of learning games, apps and videos that kids have already been installed. You can also add more on their website as the kids get older. This learning tablet grows as kids do. It also has a built in cartridge if you prefer to buy cartridges

4) LeapFrog LeapReader Reading System

My boys love listening to books. However, they can only read at the beginner level so the LeapReader pen helps them learn through letters sounds and words during  interactive stories and activities. The kids can use the pen to read the words as well as explain the photos on the book. The pen is  also “loaded” with data for various books that you can download. This might be: read the story, read a word the child taps the pen on, play a game (e.g. identify something of a color, find an emotion, find an object, do some math). I really love how the pen with the books is so interactive.

5) Interactive Globe

This globe it not only fun but also interactive and very educational. My twins learn their geography, history, environmental science, and so much more. It is perfect for my ever-curious twins that sparks their imagination and curiosity. It helps them build knowledge, linguistic and cognitive skills.

6) Talking Microscope

This is not a real microscope but it identifies what is on each slide which comes with it and talks all about the slide such as honeybees, mosquitoes, cat fleas, tadpoles, human tooth, hair, etc so that the twins know what they are looking at. It is fun for them to insert the different slides and look at it.

7) VTech Kidizoom Duo Selfie Camera

My 4 years old twins love the camera. They use it to take photos of their toys, cars, me. Then they add different features to the photos. It’s robust and it’s easy to handle even for small hands.

I hope your toddlers enjoy these one of a kind digital products.

Happy playing!
